Regional Act No. 14 of 1997 implementing Law No. 36 of 1994 on the integrated management of water resources.

In accordance with Law No. 36 of 1994 that establishes that water are public, the Campania Region establishes ATOs for the management of water resources. Article 2 identifies the ATOS for the Campania Region, and then are set provisions for their modification. Provinces and towns falling under the same ATO will establish consortia for the management of water resources. Further the Law provides for the identification of ATOs and for their management and competencies. (16 Articles)
