Regional Act No. 15 amending Regional Act No. 33 of 1 September 1997 in matter of wildlife protection and hunting.

This Regional Act lays down several amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 33 of 1997 which concerns wildlife protection and establishes hunting restrictions. In particular, paragraph 6 is added to article 18: hunting is permitted as from one hour before sunrise until sunset. Article 19 is hereby supplemented: the Regional Councillor for Agriculture and Forestry shall determine the periods during which hunting is permitted. Such periods may not exceed the total number of hunting days fixed by article 18, paragraph 1 of Regional Act No. 33 of 1997. Further addenda and amendments concern species that may be hunted, agricultural and hunting centres as well as penalties.
