Regional Act No. 15 amending Regional Act No. 7 of 1995 laying down provisions to protect wildlife as well as the environmental balance and regulating hunting.

This Regional Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 7 of 1995 in matter of hunting and wildlife protection. The amendments concern the tasks and duties of regional and provincial authorities in this field, the drawing up of the regional plan on hunting activities and related subdivision of the regional territory into Territorial Hunting Areas. New article 7 bis concerns the establishment of the Regional Observatory on Fauna; new article 27 bis concerns the protection of ungulates.
