Abstract
This Act makes provision on the gathering, cultivation and marketing of truffles within the Liguria Region, in compliance with the legislative framework laid down in Act No. 752 of 16 December 1985. The Regional Executive is responsible for delimitating the areas where gathering shall be allowed. Article 10 sets out the administrative penalties to be applied in case of infringement of these provisions and those laid down under Act No. 752 of 1985.
