Abstract
This Regional Act lays down several amendments to the regional legislative framework concerning mountain areas. The amendments mainly deal with the delimitation of homogeneous mountain areas, objectives and functions of mountain communities, content of socioeconomic development plans for mountain areas and competent authorities.
