Abstract
This Regional Act lays down particular amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 16 of 1999 setting out the legislative framework on mountains. Article 1 bis, defining the legal status of Mountain Communities, shall be inserted after article 1. Further, the Act porvides for the redelimitation of homogeneous zones with a view to defining mountain territories.
