Certain amendments are hereby laid down to Regional Act No. 38 of 1996 on protected areas in the Abruzzo Region, with particular regard to the membership of the Regional Technical and Scientific Committee for Protected Areas set up under article 5 and to the procedure for drawing up the plan intended for the naturalistic rearrangement, referred to in article 22.
