Abstract
This Regional Act amends paragraph 7 of article 19 of Regional Act No. 28 of 1994 concerning management plans for natural parks. This new provision establishes that such plans shall be subject to the principle of prevalence of the Landscape Plan, as set out in the Code on Cultural Heritage and Landscape.
