Abstract
This Regional Act lays down provisions in matter of cultural heritage and landscape protection, in compliance with the principles and rules established at the national level by the Code on Cultural Heritage and Landscape. Article 2 sets up the regional commission that shall be responsible in this field. The Act also provides for the setting up of local commissions on landscape.
