Regional Act No. 32 making provision on the use of ionizing radiation sources.

In compliance with the provisions laid down under Legislative Decree No. 230 of 1995, this Regional Act regulates the authorization regime applicable to the use of sources of ionizing radiation. Article 4 provides for the setting up of the Regional Commission for the Prevention of Risks from Ionizing Radiation. The Region contributes to the performance of controls on environmental radioactivity through the establishment of a regional network in charge of the taking of samples and analyses (art. 15).
