Regional Act No. 4 making rules on the issue of licences of public water abstraction.

Pursuant to article 56 of Royal Decree No. 1775 on water and electrical installations, this Regional Act lays down some provisions concerning the issue and duration of the licence which is required for the abstraction of public waters in Umbria. The Provinces shall be responsible for granting the licences, in compliance with the directives adopted by the Region to ensure the rational utilization of water resources.
