Regional Act No. 57 establishing the Regional Nature Park of Gola della Rossa and Frasassi.

This Regional Act provides for the creation of the Regional Nature Park Gola della Rossa and Frasassi in compliance with the principles and rules contained in Act No. 394 of 6 December 1991 and, on the other hand, Regional Act No. 15 of 28 April 1994. Article 2 demarcates the area of the park, which shall be subdivided into the two zones specified by paragraph 2. The management functions are entrusted to the Mountain Community referred to in article 3. Article 7 concerns the planning instruments to be adopted by the Park Managing Entity.
