Abstract
These provisions amend and supplement Regional Act No. 28 of 2001 on forestry, namely articles 6, 7, 9, 10, 19, 20, 33, 34 and 48. The amendments and addenda deal with authorizations required for interventions in forest areas, activities which are prohibited in forest areas, forestry enterprises, the regional plan on forest fires prevention and penalties.
