Regional Regulation No. 19 laying down rules on the management of Territorial Hunting Areas.

This Regional Regulation lays down provisions in matter of management of programmed hunting. For the purpose of hunting management, the Territorial Hunting Areas (ATC) referred to in articles 3 and 10 of Regional Act No. 14 of 17 May 1994 shall be established. Each ATC shall be composed of a President and a Management Committee. The latter shall be constituted by non-profit private associations, to be created as per article 4. With a view to guaranteeing the ecological balance, article 9 fixes the relationship between authorized hunters and the agricultural and sylvo-pastoral surface. Article 13 regulates the registration of hunters in ATCs.
