Abstract
By way of implementation of article 7 of Regional Act No. 3 of 2004, the present Regional Act provides for the establishment of a non compulsory certification system which is intended to certify the genetic and sanitary quality of plant products, as regards nurseries. The certification procedure shall consist of the following stages: (a) conservation; (b) pre-multiplication; (c) multiplication; (d) nursery.
