Regional Regulation No. 2 on the protection of fish species and governing fishing activities in the Garda Lake.

This Regulation sets forth provisions governing fishing activities in the waters of the Garda lake and the Mincio river, pursuant to the general principles laid down in Regional Act No. 19 of 1998. The present provisions apply both to profesional fishing and non comercial fishing. They concern seasons during which fishing is permitted and related hours, prohibited fishing periods, as well as minimum sizes under which fish species may not be caught. In case of infringement, the penalties set forth in article 33 of Regional Act No. 19 of 1998 shall apply.
