Abstract
This Regulation establishes private centres for the reproduction of wildlife species. These private centres shall be organized as single, as consortium or as cooperatives of agriculture holdings and shall produce in unfenced areas indigenous species of pheasant, partridge, red-legged partridge, leveret and roe deer. These centres shall be located in suitable agro-forestal areas in order to facilitate the reproduction of the animals. An authorization is required for the constitution of the private centres. The new borns shall be registered under a specific provincial Register and the Province will perform technical and administrative checks on these centres. (6 Articles)
