Abstract
In implementation of article 60, paragraph 1 of Regional Act No. 27 of 1998, the present Regulation makes provision in matter of taxidermy and embalming and regulates the keeping of taxidermy preparations and trophies. Administrative functions connected therewith are entrusted to the Provinces by article 1, paragraph 2. Taxidermy and embalming are subject to the previous granting of an authorization by the competent Province, in accordance with the provisions contained in article 2. Article 3 defines the species which may be used for taxidermy preparations and that may be embalmed.
