Resolution of the Regional Council No. 105-10163 approving the plans of selective hunting of ungulates in the Alpine districts and Territorial Hunting Areas

The plans concerning the capture of ungulates in the Alpine districts and in certain Territorial Hunting Areas are hereby approved. In addition, the Resolution fixes the hunting season relative to ungulates and establishes the total allowable catch as per article 46 of Regional Act No. 70 of 1996. Part B of the Resolution lays down provisions concerning the gear and methods that may be used by hunters, whereas Part C deals with monitoring centres.
