Abstract
These Regulations introduce measures to control the spreading of Bovine Tuberculosis in Jamaica.
They: (a) prescribe conditions regarding the testing of animals on this disease and the handling of results of testing; (b) require an occupier of premises to cleanse and disinfect specific parts of the premises and to keep records on the herd of cattle; and (c) require periodical testing of herds of cattle.
