Abstract
These Regulations assign to the Bureau of Standards the power to investigate complaints of persons who report that they have suffered loss or injury arising from: (a) any false or misleading representation as to the quantity, quality, or any other characteristic of any commodity sold; (b) any deficiency in the means of production of any commodity offered for sale to the public, whether a standard specification or compulsory standard specification exists for that commodity or not.
