Abstract
This Act requires a licence to be obtained from the Minister for the dealing in, handling, sale or storage of calcium carbide in Jamaica. The Minister may make rules for the storage of calcium carbide. The Act sets out rules regarding the quality of calcium carbide and for the storage of calcium carbide.
