Abstract
This Act provides for certain matters in relation with the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute established by the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute. The Institute shall be a body corporate. The Minister may, by Order, make provisions for the giving of effect of any provision of the Agreement.
