Coconut Industry Control Regulations.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Coconut Industry Control Act for purposes of the control of coconut growing and trade.
The Regulations: (a) make provision for the registration of occupiers of all registrable coconut properties by the Board of the Coconut Control Authority; (b) require coconut growers to record and supply the Board information on the cultivation and harvesting of coconut; (c) require producers of copra and exporters of coconuts to obtain a licence from the Board; (d) provide for the fixing of prices for copra and coconut; (e) make provision with respect to election procedures of the Board; and (f) provide for the control of the manufacture of specific coconut products through a system of licensing and recording and returns.
