Conch (Export Levy) (Rate of Levy) Order, 2015.

This Order made by the Minister by section 3(1) (c)(ii) of the Conch (Export Levy) Act prescribe levy at the rate of seventy-five cents in the currency of the United States of America, or the equivalent in Jamaican currency, per pound of conch exported from Jamaica during the conch season.
