Abstract
This Act provides for liability for attacks by dogs and thus specifies the following matters: attack; injury; owner; premises; veterinary surgeon. The Act focuses on the following: presumption of ownership of dogs; duties of owners; civil liability for damages due to injury done by dogs in any place and relating compensation; criminal liability and offences; powers of Court.
