Emissions Policy 2021.

The Emissions Policy is a national policy with a cross-sectoral approach. This policy sets targets to achieve a healthy and productive Jamaica with clean air in keeping with a low carbon development pathway in support of economic growth, social well-being and environmental sustainability. To this end, this policy lays down strategies to establish effective and coordinated systems for the reduction of emissions from key pollutant sources and maintenance of good air quality throughout Jamaica.
