Abstract
The geographical co-ordinates included in the Schedule to these Regulations constitute the basepoints on Jamaica and the outlying islands of the Pedro Cays and the Morant Cays to be joined by straight archipelagic baselines. Charts shall be drawn and if they meet requirements set out here, they will be certified official charts and be deposited with the Survey Department. The charts indicate the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured.
