Fishing Industry (Amendment) Act, 2015 (No. 21 of 2015).

This Act amends the Fishing Industry Act by, among other things: giving a new definition of "fish", "Fishery Inspector" and "fishing" and inserting a definition of "kraal"; modifying provisions concerning offences and penalties for illegal fishing activities; giving new rules for the suspension or cancellation of a licence; adding to the regulation-making powers of the Minister so that he or she may now also prescribe the standards, conditions and requirements for the licensing and operation of fishing boats and conveyances to be used for fishing. The Act also provides with respect to offences by a body corporate.
