Abstract
This Order specifies persons in the Schedule who are, subject to such terms and Schedule, and conditions, exempted from the requirements of section 3(1) of the Fishing Industry Act. Section 3(1) prohibits fishing with specified fishing methods without valid licence issued by the Licensing Authority.
