Abstract
This Act provides for powers of the Commissioners appointed under the Kingston and St. Andrew (Water Commission) Act to construct waterworks and to acquire lands and easements for the purpose of obtaining additional water supply for the parishes of Kingston and St. Andrew. (10 sections)
