Abstract
This Act makes provision for the control of larcency and in particular for the prevention of the theft of livestock.
The Act defines various offences including theft of animals or crop, killing of animals with the intent to steal, larcency of documents relating to land, the taking or destroying of fish. The Act also defines powers of enforcement, provides for some matters in relation with legal proceedings and prescribes punishments.
