Meat and Meat Products and Meat By-products (Inspection and Export) Act.

This Act makes provision for the inspection and certification of meat, carcasses, offal, meat product and meat by-product intended for exportation and the licensing of exporters of such products.
The Minister may designate inspectors for the purposes of this Act. The Act defines functions and powers of these inspectors in relation with control of hygiene of meat, meat products and packaging. The Act also provides for the constitution of a Licensing Board for purposes of licensing the operation of processing plants preparing the exportation of livestock, carcasses, offal, meat, meat products or meat by-products. The Act also provides for the registration of traders ("brokers") in these items.
