Abstract
This Act provides for amending the Petroleum Act, by repealing the Part IIIA and the related second and third schedules, concerning the integration of the functions of the PetroCaribe Development Fund into the Central Government. The Act covers the following topics: assets; rights; liability. Matters covered by this Act include: funds payable to PetroCaribe Development Fund; substitution of the Government in any reference to the PetroCaribe Development Fund; agreements to which the PetroCaribe Development Fund was a party; devolution of assets and liabilities; savings and matters not covered by this Act.
