Abstract
This Order, made under section 3 of the Plants (Quarantine) Act, provides for declaring the Frosty Pod Rot a plant pest of quarantine importance to the country and defines the related measures for its eradication and control. The Order prohibits any person, without specific authorisation, from removing or moving into the county any cocoa plant or part of it, including seedling, pot, products, related materials and articles. Specific measures concern the change of clothes and the disinfection of shoes in case of visiting infected lands.
