Processed Food (Amendment) Act No. 30 of 2017.

This Act deletes the word "export" and substitute the word "distribution" or "distribute" in sections of the Principal Act regarding food used or produced in an establishment to be wholesome, prescribed food to be certified as being fit before distributed or sold, powers and duties of inspectors, powers of the Minister, power of the Minister to make regulations, and procedures with respect to regulations relating to standards for processed food for distribution or sale. Moreover, the provisions of the Processed Food (General) Regulation 1959 specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended in the manner specified respectively in relation to them in the second column of the Schedule.
