Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 60 (1) (f), (g), and (h) of the Public Procurement Act of 2015, and divided into five Parts, concern the application for reconsideration review of actions or decisions taken by procuring entity and the review by the procurement Board. The Regulations define: aggrieved party; collector of taxes; interested participant. Matters covered by these Regulations include: application for reconsideration; notice of application; communication of decision; designation of liaison officer; application for review in pursuance of section 51 of the Act; participation of involved subjects in the review proceedings; procedural formalities; requested documents and inspection of documents; application fees; record keeping and inspection of records.
