Registration of Titles (Amendment) Act No. 5 of 2020.

This Act adds the definitions of Adjudication Certificate and Adjudication Committee to the Principal Act, regarding the issuance of adjudication certificate by the Adjudication Committee in accordance with section 2 of the Registration of Titles Cadastral Mapping and Tenure Clarification (Special Provisions) Act. Furthermore, this Act adds new sections 28A on the registration of land without reference to the Referee of Titles Pursuant to Facilities for Titles Act and Registration of Titles Cadastral Mapping and Tenure Clarification (Special Provisions) Act, and section 28B on the registration pursuant to the adjudication process under the Registration of Titles Cadastral Mapping and Tenure Clarification (Special Provisions) Act.
