Registration of Titles, Cadastral Mapping and Tenure Clarification (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act No. 6 of 2020.

This Act adds the definitions of adjudication certificate, Adjudication Services Division, Adjudication Committee, adjudication record, Director of Adjudication Services and land surveyor. Furthermore, this Act inserts new sections 7A, 7B and 7C regarding the functions and powers of the Director of Land Administration and Management and declaration of any parcel of land in a project area to be a systematic adjudication area, new sections 8A, 8B and 8C regarding the duties and powers of the Director of Adjudication Services, and new sections after section 9 regarding functions of the Adjudication Committee and land surveyors. Moreover, this Act makes amendments on offences and penalties.
