Abstract
The Act provides for the establishment of the River Rafting Authority. The functions of the Authority are specified in section 4. The Authority shall maintain a Fund (sect. 6). Extensive powers of regulation vested in the Authority are specified in section 9. (9 sections completed by Schedule)
