Abstract
This Order, made under section 7 of the Town and Country Planning Act, confirms and amends the Town and Country Planning (Manchester Parish) Provisional Development Order, 2013. Minor amendments are made to provisions concerning, among other things, use classes, permitted development and conservation of built environment.
