Abstract
These Regulations amend the Trade (Restriction on Importation) (Chlorofluorocarbons) Order 1999 by inserting new provisions on the sale of an annual import quota for CFCs by a scheduled company and the status of such importing company. The principal Regulations are also amended in their Schedule, which lists companies that are allowed to import a specified annual quota of CFCs into Jamaica.
