Trustee Act.

This Act makes provision in respect of trusts and trustees and various provisions deal with rights in land and mortgages on land. The Act, among other things, specifies authorized investments, defines powers and duties of trustees, provides rules for the purchase and sale by trustees and defines powers of court in respect of trusts and trustees and in particular where a trustee entitled to or possessed of any land.
