Amendment to the Wholesale Market System for Vegetables and Fruits of 2018.

This Resolution amends (i) article 3 of the System relating with the fixed refrigerators designated for preserving and storing the product in the market; (ii) article 5 on the Regulation of the conditions for the practice of merchants and sales agents for their work in the market, provisions to establish half-wholesale markets, parallel markets, and popular markets; (iii) article 7 in relation to violation of the provisions of this System; and (iv) article 12 on procedural matters related to the due fees.
