Climate-responsive government and private capital financing and spending instructions of 2022.

These instructions, comprising 7 articles, aim to (i) elucidate environmental concepts in Article 2 of the Regulation, and (ii) establish eligibility criteria for financing climate-related projects, activities, or programs, alongside sources for determining financing categories. Article 4 outlines requirements for projects to be considered climate-responsive, including criteria such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, enhancing energy efficiency, and mitigating climate-related risks. Furthermore, Article 6 delineates eligible financing options for both government and private sectors in capital and climate-responsive projects.
