Directive for levying and calling in fees and taxes for the treatment and finale disposal and elimination of the hazardous waste.

This Directive is composed of 10 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 specifies that this Directive shall apply to all producers of hazardous waste, which shall be treated and eliminated in a treatment station. Article 4 lists the taxes and fees to be levied and called in by the Ministry of Environment including transportation costs by tons. Article 5 fixes taxes and fees to be called in and levied by the Ministry of Environment excluding transportation costs.
