Abstract
This Directive is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 contains terms and definitions. Article 2 provides for the prohibition to cut, uproot, sell, export and destroy rare roman olive trees without a previous authorization of the Minister of Agriculture. All transgressors shall be punished by applying the provisions of Paragraph (d), article 35 of Law No. 44 of 2002 (art. 3).
