Abstract
This Directive is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 defines requirements and conditions for cooled transportation means. Article 4 lays down requirements and conditions for the cooled transportation before, during and after loading. The Officers of the Ministry of Agriculture have the right to control and inspect the cooling operations of fresh products (art. 5). Article 6 contains offences and penalties.
