Directive No. Z/45 of 2003 establishing the Committee for Protection of New Plant Species.

This Directive is composed of 5 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 decrees the establishment of the New Plant Species Protection Committee. Article 4 defines competencies and duties of the aforementioned Committee which are: (a) studying registration documents; and (b) studying and evaluating results of field and laboratory analysis and examinations. Article 5 pertains to the management and internal organization of the Committee.
