Instruction of 2003 on the control and protection against noise.

This Instruction aims at the control, limitation and protection against noise. It is composed of 9 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 specifies the competencies of this Instruction which shall include applying and respecting requirements and conditions provided for in the Acoustic Code. Article 4 decrees the application of the International Standardization No. 2204 and amendments concerning acoustics. Article 5 lists the prohibited activities. Article 6 defines the maximum limits of noise allowed according to specific zones. Article 7 contains offences and penalties.
